Herman Neo has an intensive 33-year hands-on experience in the fields of project finance management, accounting, operations, audit, taxation and leadership. He started his career as Management Consultant at Big-4 Firm before he served various management and C-Level Executive positions.
His areas of expertise include financial and management accounting, small to mid-size merger and acquisition, capital fundraise, private placement program, buy/sell seasoned financial instruments, stock loans, and high net-worth taxation.
He has been exposed to various industries such as management consulting, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, forestry, rigid plastic packaging, food and beverages, hospitality, property, financial services, travel and leisure, e-commerce, start-up. During his career, he has served key positions in various companies within three different countries including USA, Singapore, and Indonesia.
