Mrs. Vajreshwari Shastry is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of rich experience in the Banking and Financial sectors, marked by progressive leadership. Before joining TPG LLC USA, Mrs. Shastry worked in various capacities like Director Finance, General Manager- Commercials, etc etc at various  companies, mastering her subject under several eminent corporates. Throughout the career, her energetic and result-driven persona, along with her rich background in banking and international finance, with deep Banking Knowledge has carved a niche for herself as a GO GETTER

Mrs. Vajreshwari Shastry joined TPG LLC USA in 2012 as an outside consultant. Her determined  and dedication towards the job along with her smartness and loyalty towards the company paved the way for her to quickly climb the corporate ladder, becoming a Manager and soon after, receiving multiple promotions, She rose to the position of  a Vice President in a short span of time. As of April 2021, she has been promoted to the role of a Director and Vice President. Mrs. Shastry specialises in Funding, Investments, Real Estate, FDI, Trading, and dealing with all types of financial instruments and documents, along with all the other responsibilities in different departments of the Merchant Bank TPG LLC USA.

Able to manage complex sales processes and negotiations to a successful conclusion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Constantly looking at way to improve performance, achieve set targets and build the company’s brand.

Software Company: – Worked as a General Manager – commercials at M/s. Saturn Microsoft systems Pvt. Limited. This is the company who used to take orders-(software outsourcing) from abroad as well as from Indian Government. I was completely responsible for finalizing and balancing the order and the subsequent expenses to be incurred on every department and finally decide what will the profit of the company at the end of the contract (Costing).
